These are a single meal "sample" of our sweet flavors, perfect for making one shake. We also have larger single flavor 21 meal bulk packages and savory flavors meant to be mixed up hot.
The Chocolate Peanut Butter samples will likely never be available - the machine that makes the samples gets clogged by the fat in the peanut flour, as such we haven't EVER had them in stock. We've been working on finding a solution for a year and will continue working on a solution, but don't hold your breath. What you CAN do is add a tablespoon of PB2 or PBfit powdered peanut butter to the Chocolate Keto Chow. It's not exactly the same but close enough to get what it would be like. The peanut flour we use is higher fat and lower carb than any of the common powdered peanut butter so the nutrition will be different.

I’m totally impressed with Keto Chow! I can’t believe something that tastes sooooo good, could help you eat healthier and lose weight! I’ve just started eating a Keto diet, and Keto Chow is so convenient to help you get the proper Macronutrients with the ease of a mixed drink. I make mine at night and take mine to my classroom for lunch. I have had 2 shakes in one day before, too! My favorite flavors are strawberry and banana (which I mixed together) ~ yummy! I also enjoyed the Raspberry Cheesecake ~ felt like I was having a snack! Chocolate ~ that’s just a staple flavor ~ can’t go wrong. Mocha ~ my hubbies favorite! My entire way of eating and thinking about food has changed, and happily I can say after 8 days of Keto, I’m down 9 pounds! Can’t wait to order more! ( My original purchase was one of each flavor, and at this time, I haven’t tried them all!)
Thank you Keto Chow! I’ve shared your Fabulous “Commercial” with friends and family ~ have some family interested and ready to get on board with Keto Chow!
Keto Chow - Sample/Individual Meal (sweet flavors)
Great way to pick favorites! Delicious meal replacements
Shakes are a bit too sweet and the thickness is not to my taste. Haven't tried would yet.
OMG! I am so happy that I decided to try Keto Chow. I ordered a sample pack of the Raspberry Cheescake flavor and it was so delicious. It was very good and easy to make, but most importantly for me, it did not have that chalky powdery taste that has keep me away from protein drinks for so long. It mixes really well for a smooth taste. Works as a great meal replacement. Kept me full for hours. Super convenient and quick. I plan on ordering more.

Keto Chow is complete nutrition for Nutritional Ketosis. It's a drink mix that quickly and easily makes a complete keto meal. It's not meant to replace your bacon and steak.
Rather, it's targeted to replace the mundane meals; running to a meeting, breakfast in the car, stuck in class, etc...
By design, a serving of Keto Chow provides 1/3 of your daily needs of electrolytes, vitamins, protein and more. The aim is that you could replace all your meals without ill effect if you are so inclined, but most users replace 1-2 meals a day and have a fantastic keto meal with family or friends for the 3rd. It's also quite tasty with a range of great flavors.
You combine the powdered mix with your own personal amount of heavy cream (and water) to get the calories you want, anywhere from 800 calories a day, up to 5000 calories. Many liken the taste and texture to melted ice cream or a milkshake. The full-flavored mixture of Keto Chow does contain whey protein and artificial sweeteners; if those are a concern for you there's also a "Base Powder" option that has the electrolytes and vitamins but not the flavor/protein/sweetener. You can mix our base powder with a protein powder and sweetener of your choice. Want easy, complete nutrition give Keto Chow a try! People love Keto Chow over on Reddit! (which is saying a lot =) Check out This review, or this one, or this review. You can also search Reddit for "Keto Chow" or "KetoChow" - both sorted so the newest posts are always at the top.

Information on the above warning: Keto Chow and Heavy Metal Exposure (Proposition 65 warning)The short version: The Keto Chow shakes have an almost immeasurable amount of lead (if a product has plants in it - like spices for flavor - the plants pick up traces of lead) - but that level is over the line that California has decided could potentially cause birth defects... if you consume 1000x the amount that requires a warning. So a warning to California residents is required by law (as you see above).
Longer version: For any unaware, California has a fun citizen's initiative commonly referred to as "Proposition 65" or "Prop 65" - it's the reason many consumer products have a warning that "this product contains chemical known to cause cancer in California" (or similar) which is generally followed by everyone thinking "good thing I'm not in California!" I'll not get into the validity of the "No Significant Risk Levels" and "Maximum Allowable Dose Levels" established as part of Prop 65, they are what they are, and if a company sells something to a resident of California, a California resident (usually a lawyer) has the ability to sue if there is not a warning and the product contains levels of heavy metals or other contaminants higher than the levels established. I can say that the heavy metal levels in Proposition 65 are low enough that coffee shops have had to post warnings and Disneyland has warnings in their picnic area. Keto Chow was served a notice that "Safe Products for Californians" intends to sue Keto Chow for not having warnings that Keto Chow contains heavy metals, specifically lead. The tactic being that many of the levels defined by Proposition 65 are so absurdly low that quite literally EVERYTHING has enough lead to qualify for needing a warning. Also, since Keto Chow contains protein, and the 'cool' thing to do these days is use plant protein which tends to be from China and contains a lot of heavy metals, logically Keto Chow will contain heavy metals (like Soylent™ does). The thing is: we don't use plant protein, instead we only use protein created by sustainable mobile bioreactors (ruminants); in fact, very few of the ingredients come from plants and the animals don't absorb heavy metals. Due to the lawsuit, we paid for an independent lab to test for heavy metals in Keto Chow, the complaint was only for "Lead and Lead Compounds" but we went ahead and had Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, and Mercury tested. The test has a minimum measurable level of 0.01 mg/kg of material, and each meal of Keto Chow is around 44-50g of powder. Here are the measured levels of heavy metals in Keto Chow, the serving size, and what your exposure is compared to the allowed levels with one caveat: the cadmium level is only established for inhalation, if you ingest it orally there is not established level. Lead is interesting, Proposition 65 establishes a "No Significant Risk Levels" for causing cancer set at 0.015 mg or 15 micrograms per day. Lead also has a "Maximum Allowable Dose Levels" (MADL) for causing reproductive harm of 0.0005 mg or 0.5 micrograms per day. The MADL is set by looking at the level that no observable effect occurs and dividing that by 1000. In other words, if a toxin causes an effect at 10 units, the MADL would be defined at 0.01 units; meaning that the dose where lead will cause reproductive harm is 0.5 mg or 500 micrograms per day. I guess it's surprising that many of the flavors of Keto Chow do NOT contain enough lead to require a warning label. Notably, the ones with the highest levels are those that contain spices or other plant-derived flavorings.
