Complete Keto Nutrition
Like, seriously complete. Use it for as many meals a day as you like for as long as you like.
As low as 0.6g net carbs
Get 1/3 of your daily nutrients while maintaining amazingly low carbs. The 6g of acacia gum fiber in each shake actually gets metabolized into fat by your gut bacteria, it's seriously cool.
People tend to be really surprised at just how delicious Keto Chow tastes, it's not like any gritty sandy protein shake you've tried

Quite simply: Keto Chow is a meal Replacement shake mix. You mix it up with water and a fat of your choosing (usually heavy cream or melted butter) to make a complete keto meal. Because you add the fat, Keto Chow works for whatever calories you want.
Not very much until you add the fat you want, that's one of the best things about Keto Chow - it works for whatever you need. You can make a shake be 200 - 2000 calories!
the easiest and most popular fat to use is heavy cream. If you're open to putting in a little more effort, melted butter is another very popular option, it mixes up a little thinner but the flavor of Keto Chow comes through stronger. People also use avocado oil, melted coconut oil, and other fats, it's pretty versatile!
If you REALLY wanted to, you can, but most people don't want to do that and it's really not necessary. Keto Chow completely replaces as many meals a day as you want. For most people that's 1 or 2 a day, but you can replace all 3 for months at a time if you like. It's pretty versatile.
Hey, it's what we chose and it's memorable! If you want to get technical, the basis of the name actually comes from the TV show "Futurama" where there was a fake product called "Batchelor Chow" - who knew, right? The word "chow" to denote "food" (in this case, quite simply "Keto Food") dates back to 1855. In 1894 the food company Purina started to use "chow" for its various animal foods and "Dog Chow" was not introduced until 1957. The US Air Force and Marines use the term "Chow Hall" but I wasn't able to find specific history on when that practice started, I'm assuming it was also before 1957.
I was very pleased with the flavor of Apple Pie...I would like more cinnamon in it but that is my preference. Thanks.
This was just ok, in my opinion. Honestly...it tasted more like caramel than apple pie, at least to me. I wouldn’t purchase again.
Thanks for asking. I'll be honest. It was flat and lackluster. I didn't hate it but probably won't buy it again. If someone gave me a free one, I would add cinnamon and see if it made it more apple pie-like.
We've noticed that if you're mixing Keto Chow with heavy cream, the flavors aren't as strong, if you switch over to mixing it with melted butter, the flavors come through far more powerfully: https://www.ketochow.xyz/keto-chow-preparation/using-butter-with-keto-chow/
My favorite flavor!
Ah -maze- ing!!!!!!
Absolutely love this flavor, wish it was a permanent addition, or at least a seasonal 21meal addition.
This is a great pie shake. The spices are perfect! It has a light apple taste, personally I wish it had more apple flavor but it hits the spot! I made mine with butter.
If you’re missing apple pie, then I recommend getting this.
I found with the apple pie flavor if you consume it within 8 hours, the flavor isn't full developed. By waiting almost 20 hours on the second batch, the flavor was very good.
We're glad you've found a way for the Apple Pie flavor to work for you. We also suggest mixing it with melted butter as opposed to heavy whipping cream. That tends to bring out the Keto Chow flavors more.
