While most macro- and micronutrients are easily available in healthy whole foods, some essential minerals that your body needs have been depleted from the soil over time. This means however hard you try, it’s pretty tricky to find enough of those minerals in foods at your local supermarket. Keto Chow Daily Minerals, developed with Dr. Ken Berry, give you that “missing element” with no fuss and no stress.

Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily. Because these are pure minerals, they have a salty and bitter taste. We recommend adding your drops to lemon juice or mixing it into your coffee, tea, or favorite flavored beverage. We do not recommend a full dose on an empty stomach.

Supplement facts for Daily Minerals

Ingredients: Inland Sea Mineral Concentrates, Deionized Water, Potassium Chloride, Sea Salt, Zinc Sulfate, Citric Acid, Manganese Gluconate, Copper Gluconate, Sodium Borate, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide, and Sodium Selenate.

This product may also contain other naturally occurring minerals and trace elements as found in the Great Salt Lake, an Inland Sea. This product is G.R.A.S. and passes the heavy metals safety test for minerals from the USFCC.

Directions: use 1 tablespoon per day. For best results, mix with a drink. This solution is quite salty and bitter alone. The lids can be used to measure:

  • For the large bottle, fill cap to bottom of threads to measure 1 tablespoon
  • For the small bottle, fill the cap completely for 1 teaspoon (1/3 tablespoon)

It doesnt taste as bad as some say,
And, although its hard to get a full Tbsp in each day, I like this product. There is no measurable way to tell if the product is "working" but knowing I am getting proper minerals in my diet is great!

i understand stand it is hard to make it not so salty, but its like drinking from the dead sea!

The Keto Chow Daily Minerals are JUST minerals - with no added flavors, sweeteners, or other additives to mask the taste of the minerals. There are a few ways that people are using them when they are sensitive to the taste:
Use them in cooking.
Mix with some citrus and a little liquid sweetener.
Spread it out over the day diluted in a LOT of water.
Add to a flavored beverage: coffee, diet soda, etc.
Mix half a dose with some water, down it as quickly as possible like a shot, then drink something with some flavor.

Tastes awful but, does exactly what it claims

The taste is way beyond salty. In fact, I think a spoon full of table salt is less salty tasting. That being said, I just bite the bullet and do the straight shot with a chaser of about 20oz of plain water. It’s over as fast as it began and I’m good for the day. However, I will confirm taking this product on an empty stomach will make you ill. I made this mistake on day 3 or 4 and nearly vomited. It was horrible. On a positive note, I have had ZERO leg cramps since I began taking these minerals and my body aches have subsided substantially. It does taste bad but, I’ll keep taking it as (for me) the benefits FAR outweigh any negatives.

lol, I'm just like everyone else...I don't love the taste but I measure to the bottom rings of the cap...then I add a little lemon into the glass and just a little water...
I pretty much hold my breathe, plug my nose and "shoot it"....then I have a little something immediately set aside like a little piece of cheese, bite of meat or even sip of coffee. The bitter taste doesn't linger and I'm in it for the health benefits....I plan on taking it forever ,-)
I go in for my Dexa scan soon and I'm trying everything that I can to help out my body.

Taste.

Here's a huge tip that I quickly discovered. I mix a dose of keto chow with apple cider vinegar and between 20 to 30 oz. of water and enjoy every morning. I have found that I can not taste it at all. I only hope that I'm still getting the benefits of keto chow.

Just started, I just take the daily dose and divide it up into smaller amounts for the day and mix into my electrolight drinks

My Husband Likes It

My husband likes it. He works out in the heat all day so he needed a way to replenish electrolytes. This does the trick. It takes some getting used to the taste. He says it’s like drinking well water.
