The Missing Element™
While most macro- and micronutrients are easily available in healthy whole foods, some essential minerals that your body needs have been depleted from the soil over time. This means however hard you try, it’s pretty tricky to find enough of those minerals in foods at your local supermarket. Keto Chow Daily Minerals, developed with Dr. Ken Berry, give you that “missing element” with no fuss and no stress.
Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily. Because these are pure minerals, they have a salty and bitter taste. We recommend adding your drops to lemon juice or mixing it into your coffee, tea, or favorite flavored beverage. We do not recommend a full dose on an empty stomach.

How do Daily Minerals Integrate with the other Keto Chow electrolytes and the shakes?
Since launching the Daily Minerals, a question we frequently get is how this new products works with the other Keto Chow products, so let's answer these!
I like that it has everything I need. Helps with cramps in my legs and hands
I don't go a day without the Daily Minerals since I started them. I add them to my black coffee, I put a capful in my pitcher when I mix up electrolyte waters; will also be starting to add to food if I can remember :-) -- purchased extra "baby Berry" small bottles for travel so I don't run out!! I do also use KC Fasting drops (in addition to these) when doing extended fast; and I use Magnesium every night to help with sleep/foot spasms. But taking the Daily Minerals is a MUST for every day, no matter what
I'm not sure if these would help me feel better as I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get them down. I've taken liquid multi vitamins and liquid iron and B-vitamins before, so I know these things can often taste a little funky.
I'm going to make some bone broth and try them in that. Hope it works, otherwise, I'm gonna just have to "suck-it-up" and get this down somehow. It's too expensive to throw away.
The Keto Chow Daily Minerals are JUST minerals - with no added flavors, sweeteners, or other additives to mask the taste of the minerals. There are a few ways that people are using them when they are sensitive to the taste:
* Use them in cooking
* Mix with some citrus and a little liquid sweetener
* Spread it out over the day diluted in a LOT of water
* Add to a flavored beverage: coffee, diet soda, etc.
* Mix half a dose with 8 oz of water, down it as quickly as possible like a shot, then drink something with some flavor.
My own personal preference is to put a tablespoon serving in a 16 oz bottle of water along with a squeeze of lemon juice, then I sip on that for a few hours. It's frankly amazing what adding the citrus does to make it so much easier to drink.
I've been having nightly leg cramps (either leg, calf muscle, feet) for over a year. I was eating the typical western diet, on 4 medications, needed to lose 40-50 pounds, and had a stroke in 2017. I found out about Dr Berry in June 2021, immediately went Keto (max 50 carbs/day) then in mid July went carnivore. I watched and still watch tons of Dr Berry videos, Doctor Fit and Fabulous videos and lots of other YouTube videos by other carnivore and some keto people. Trying to learn the best way to get myself to lose 40-50 pounds, put on muscle to increase my lean body mass and get myself as healthy as I can. I first tried Keto Chow's electrolytes and switched to Redmond's Re-lyte electrolyte and Keto Chow's Daily Minerals and taking magnesium, potassium, calcium supplements and Redmond's Real salt. I still get the nightly cramps but I heard on a video that depending on how depleted you are on a mineral, it could take up to a year for the cramps to go away. I just want to get to that point where I can sleep good with no cramps since it's been over a year since I experienced that and I no longer remember what that feels like. I used to take 4 medications but I chose to stop them in mid June when I started Keto because I learned from Dr Berry how bad different medications can be like a statin drug, BP drugs or GI drugs. So I made the decision to stop even though Dr Berry has always said to consult with your doctor. I chose to stop damaging my body with my diet and prescribed medications. I look forward to when I have lost the weight and feel great!
Love this product. I take it straight and also add it to my coffee (1 tsp. 3 times a day)
I am sort of doing Ketovore. I know I need the minerals to keep healthy so I have been using The Daily Minerals and I feel great! I have energy and stamina that I was lacking. I know this is partly because of the diet but I do believe it is in part due to the minerals also. Thank you Dr. Berry and Keto Chow!
I went easy on the dosing at first because of the disclaimer about taste, but at a moderate concentration, it tastes like chlorinated pool water. Not yummy, but not horrible, either. I'm probably only taking about a teaspoon a day, but I've found that it helps with my restless legs, which is an issue for me on keto. I end up drinking a quarter cup of water with a couple dozen drops in it a few times a day and that works for me. At full dose, it's pretty straight up awful, but spread out, it helps without being overwhelming.
So far I like the product. My first taste was a shot of it pure because I wanted to see how it was straight despote the company reccomendation not to. It was slightly caustic in nature. I drink it daily in .6 liters (20 ounces) of water. The taste isn't so bad after a while. I sip on it all day and drink what is left with my 1 meal a day. With my diet change, ketovore mostly carnevore, and the daily minerals I feel much better, have more energy and can walk longer distances without painful joints. I also feel less dehydrated throughout the day than before I started taking daily minerals. Thank you for your product and the rapid issue free delivery to our samll village in Thailand
I've discovered some easy ways to incorporate my Daily Minerals. I mix half the daily dose with my scrambled eggs, or chicken salad, or other food that the liquid will work with, at lunch., In the evening, if I haven't had it at lunch, I'll do the whole dose (or the remaining half) by making a Mineral Margarita!! I mix the Daily Minerals with Lime or Lemon Lime seltzer water, (unsweetened), a squirt of Lime juice, then sprinkle some Redmond's Real Salt on the top. Add a few ice cubes, and voila!!
Oh my, the Pumpkin spice caramel was delicious. I use it in ice cream, drinks, PSMF bread.
Enjoyed sharing it w/ my keto friend!
I have become a serious Keto Chow fan over the last few months. My friends hear me talk about it because I use it for at least 1-2 meals each day. I have a friend who was quite interested so I purchased the starter bundle for her. In a few weeks after she’s had a chance to try several, I’ll let you know her reactions. I’ve been very pleased with the product and will be making ice cream as soon as I get to my southern home and am able to use the creami that I purchased.
Pumpkin Spice is one of my all-time favorites. I wish it was available all year round!
Omg, they work! I am always low in Magnesium and finally found a way to take magnesium without costing an arm and a leg. Helps with my constipation and my headaches ( don't get daily).
Definitely recommend them.
I know it's "that time of year " for all things pumpkin, but for me at least, I am going to stick to my Keto Chow pumpkin spice shake,to get my pumpkin fix,and not gobble down a half of pumpkin pie or pumpkin latte ...I love the flavor.
I love it! It taste fantastic just like a Reese peanut butter cup!
Wow when I 1st tried chocolate keto chow I felt like I hit the jackpot. So good not chalky, grainy or artificial tasting it really tastes like a chocolate milk shake. Then I tried it warm I was missing hot chocolate, but not anymore.
Thank you for what you do.
I am usually a 'vanilla' person. It is always my go-to flavor for ice cream.
The vanilla flavor Keto Chow is not a go-to. It's an 'avoid' flavor, instead. I really wanted to like this - REALLY wanted to like it. Sorry, guys!
I absolutely am 1000000% stoked this is back. I love making this flavor. Added a scoop of unflavored collagen as well as extra cinnamon to really jazz up the taste. Delicious year round. Next, I want to make ice cream in the Ninja Creami with Apple Pie. Ohh Emm Gee amazing!!
I love the pumpkin spice Carmel, because it's not over powering in flavor. It's just right!
I love Keto Chow All the flavors have been delicious. I do have my favorites and chocolate is one of them.
I love the fact that these drops are tasteless. I’ve tried several different types of electrolytes, but I just don’t like the fruity sweet tastes. I’m just not a fan of any sugar substitutes. With these, I add it to my water and still get that fresh taste of clean water.
I’m love this pumpkin Carmel spice shake, it helps me to think I am having pumpkin pie. I just need to figure out how to turn it into a pie??? Love love love it! Thanks for this one keto chow. I stocked up when it was the flavor of the week! ❤️
Waited for this to come back in season and stocked up!! If you like anything pumpkin you will love this!
