Complete Keto Nutrition
Like, seriously complete. Use it for as many meals a day as you like for as long as you like.
As low as 0.6g net carbs
Get 1/3 of your daily nutrients while maintaining amazingly low carbs. The 6g of acacia gum fiber in each shake actually gets metabolized into fat by your gut bacteria, it's seriously cool.
People tend to be really surprised at just how delicious Keto Chow tastes, it's not like any gritty sandy protein shake you've tried
Highest Quality Ingredients
Keto Chow is made by people who actually DO keto. We use it ourselves - we won't settle for junk so you get the best we can offer.
Quite simply: Keto Chow is a meal Replacement shake mix. You mix it up with water and a fat of your choosing (usually heavy cream or melted butter) to make a complete keto meal. Because you add the fat, Keto Chow works for whatever calories you want.
Not very much until you add the fat you want, that's one of the best things about Keto Chow - it works for whatever you need. You can make a shake be 200 - 2000 calories!
the easiest and most popular fat to use is heavy cream. If you're open to putting in a little more effort, melted butter is another very popular option, it mixes up a little thinner but the flavor of Keto Chow comes through stronger. People also use avocado oil, melted coconut oil, and other fats, it's pretty versatile!
If you REALLY wanted to, you can, but most people don't want to do that and it's really not necessary. Keto Chow completely replaces as many meals a day as you want. For most people that's 1 or 2 a day, but you can replace all 3 for months at a time if you like. It's pretty versatile.
Hey, it's what we chose and it's memorable! If you want to get technical, the basis of the name actually comes from the TV show "Futurama" where there was a fake product called "Batchelor Chow" - who knew, right? The word "chow" to denote "food" (in this case, quite simply "Keto Food") dates back to 1855. In 1894 the food company Purina started to use "chow" for its various animal foods and "Dog Chow" was not introduced until 1957. The US Air Force and Marines use the term "Chow Hall" but I wasn't able to find specific history on when that practice started, I'm assuming it was also before 1957.
Keto Chow makes doing keto easy and tasty.

The flavors were great!
I ordered all three of the sample packs and most of the flavors I’ve had are incredible, (the ones that aren’t incredible are still pretty good). So far banana, chocolate toffee, and raspberry cheesecake are my favorites (the banana is like drinking banana pudding), it’s unreal how tasty and SMOOTH they are. These are a genuine pleasure to drink, and I’m really excited about all the other things I can cook/bake with the mixes. Going keto without KetoChow is a mistake.
I may be mixing up classic with gourmet but either way I only like the chocolate ones. Maybe snickerdoodle and pumpkin, possibly strawberry but not natural strawberry. Had to throw out the rest.
very tasty. I wish I didn't have to wait overnight for them to 'ripen'
So far, I have liked most of the flavors. I didn't care for the Natural Strawberry - I didn't think it had much flavor. I didn't care for the Snickerdoodle, but just a preference, I think. Love the Orange Cream, Rasberry Cheesecake, Salted Carmel, and Mocha was my favorite, made with coffee! I am using the KetoChow as 1 meal replacement per day right now. I have not lost any weight, but may not be doing total Keto correctly.
Keto Chow Gourmet Flavors Bundle - 10 meals
I am still working through these, but so far my favorite is the Mocha. I am still deciding whether they taste better with butter or HWC. I have already decided to keep using them and recently purchased some of the 21 packs.
I drank 3 of them, then on the third day my potassium was so low, I had to take double my potassium intake. I have not had more since. I did like the flavor and didn't mind drinking them. But I can't have one everyday.
So I am using Keto Chow for 3 adults 1x a day as a dinner replacement. I work 2nd shift, and have a very limited time to eat...30 minutes to prep for myself, my aged and demented mother, eat, and get back to work. (I am also making them for my son, who used to be on his own for dinner.) This was not working well, and causing a lot of stress. Now I just mix up 3 at a time in the blender the day before, and everything is ready to go. If I don't finish in the 30 minutes, it's still ok, because drinking is quiet, as opposed to eating, so much less noticeable while talking on the phone. They are also very filling, so they take at least 30 minutes for me to finish. I am using butter for the lower carbs, and I use a continuous monitor and I get mostly "10"s on Levels, 1 "9" but that could have been stress...I am working and eating. I am currently alternating the Chocolate, Caramel Machiato and Root Beer Float. The chocolate would make a fantastic hot cocoa, and I think Root Beer float should be year-round.
Love this flavor!! So yummy!
Loved all I have tried so far!!!
This has become a favorite of mine and now my husband. I guess I'll have to share😂
I like to mix mint with more chocolate.. it fixes the color :-) but either way love it. I always make 2 shakes at a time .. couldn’t wait for the big bags so got a go pack at full price. That should tell you it’s one of my favs.
I ordered this for my husband who gets leg cramps. He has been using it for about a week and hasn't had any cramps so far, despite it being very hot. I eat Keto / low carb but have not really had a need for electrolytes. However I have been using these ever few days, bc why not! I haven't noticed a difference but I figured they can't hurt.
I get leg cramps, a lot, and I drink 3 liters of water a day. I tried these drops 6 months ago and since have had very few cramps. I eat tons of salt, tried taking magnesium, and potassium nothing helped till I tried Keto Chow Fasting Drops. When taking 1 and a half teaspoons a day in my water they work wonders. You have a customer for life.
lol, I'm just like everyone else...I don't love the taste but I measure to the bottom rings of the cap...then I add a little lemon into the glass and just a little water...
I pretty much hold my breathe, plug my nose and "shoot it"....then I have a little something immediately set aside like a little piece of cheese, bite of meat or even sip of coffee. The bitter taste doesn't linger and I'm in it for the health benefits....I plan on taking it forever ,-)
I go in for my Dexa scan soon and I'm trying everything that I can to help out my body.
Thanks Keto Chow!
I got the starter flavor bundle to try it out in case I didn't like the flavors. However, I loved all but one (I didn't enjoy the mocha, but I'm also not a fan of coffee flavors. It wasn't horrible, just not for me.) During Keto, I've been getting cravings for sweets, but Keto Chow has helped so much with that. Not only do I not crave sweets, but I'm also getting my fats and calories that I need. I'm so glad I gave it a try, and I've started buying more to try all the flavors.
another great tropical summer flavor! light and fruity!
Love the flavor can't wait to make ice cream using this flavor
Awesome flavor! Rich marshmallow flavor with a hint of chocolate and graham cracker - without the guilt!! 💕
I am relatively new to using Keto Chow and I had heard a lot of demand for the Smores limited edition shake that was temporarily out of stock, when it became availability, I ordered some and it is a great flavor, alone or mixed with others. Like sittin by a campfire and indulging in a sweet treat that is good for you! Another Homerun for Keto Chow
I have mixed the strawberry flavor with cream and also with butter. The butter gives the mix a rich flavor! My favorite way is to put the strawberry mix in my ice cream maker!!!!
This has a really good flavor. I started my keto diet Monday, this is day 4 and I've had this for breakfast with some heavy cream every morning. I don't have time to cook bacon and eggs before going to work so this is very convenient as well.
Am a huge fan of most of the Keto Chow flavors (I do find vanilla sort of ehh) but Chocolate Peanut Butter is by far my favorite. Make it in the blender with lots of ice and 2-3 oz of heavy cream and water, as good as any milkshake
