Great, Better that sugar laden "sports" drinks!

I take this every morning with a shot if water. It's fine, better tasting that sparkling mineral waters, that's for sure! Slight mild salty taste IF I taste much of anything at all, but it's not overwhelming at all if you do. Others claim to put it in their coffee or tea and notice no changed flavors... So take it for what it's worth.

I am on the carnivore or "lions diet" and my electrolytes are VERY IMPORTANT to me. I also suffer from vaso syncope (passing out, fainting) and taking these electrolytes helps me IMMENSELY. (Dizziness, fatigue, heaviness, lightheadedness) but this is my personal experience of course.

I can see having these on hand for the rest of my life no matter which way I eat (carnivore, vegan, keto, paleo etc) & it also really does help with what they term as "keto flu" as well.

It's a great buy, I purchased two small bottles for the kitchen table, traveling, and the larger bottle for gallons and gallons worth of refills.
And the measuring it out right from the cap on the bottle is convenient & smart, it makes regulating and controlling how much you get a sinch!

I'm very happy that I've finally found an affordable electrolyte WITHOUT sugars... (It's like trying to find hens teeth around here...)

Flavor neutral and more control

The product functions (no keto flu, no cramps), it's easy to measure with the small squeeze bottle, and it shipped safely. I used to use Emergen-C ElectroMix which is 2 servings per powder packet, but it's much harder to find in stock. The 250mL bottle is about 100 1/2 tsp servings at $0.18/serving (ignoring shipping/discounts) while Electromix is ~$0.15/serving but harder to measure out 1 serving at a time. Both are about as easy to transport and mix, but the Keto Chow Electrolyte Drops are much more flavor neutral. If you don't like citrus, this is the one for you as Electromix is strongly flavored. I usually have to dilute half a packet of Electromix in 700mL water and grimace it down, whereas I can dilute 1/2 tsp Electrolyte Drops in the same volume and barely taste anything.

No keto flu here!

I heard about the keto flu and it didn't sound suuuper pleasant, so I got these in an attempt to avoid it. They really work! I got a small headache but that's about it. Highly recommend!

Ok product, poor shipping

I wouldn't not complain the shipping if I didn't pay for it. But I did - just to receive a damaged product. Liquid was shipped in bubble wrap packet!!! Surprised? I was too.
Support offered to send me a replacement cup, lol!!!!

A little disappointed

Was expecting a higher magnesium content. Still have to use a different supplement.

Essential to my keto lifestyle!

I have been using the electrolytes for about a year now, and prior to that I had already been living keto for 2 years. I wish I had ordered these sooner, they truly are a game changer! They help me feel my best and I add drops to every single refill of my water bottle. I never go without now!
