Complete Keto Nutrition
Like, seriously complete. Use it for as many meals a day as you like for as long as you like.
As low as 0.6g net carbs
Get 1/3 of your daily nutrients while maintaining amazingly low carbs. The 6g of acacia gum fiber in each shake actually gets metabolized into fat by your gut bacteria, it's seriously cool.
People tend to be really surprised at just how delicious Keto Chow tastes, it's not like any gritty sandy protein shake you've tried
Highest Quality Ingredients
Keto Chow is made by people who actually DO keto. We use it ourselves - we won't settle for junk so you get the best we can offer.
Quite simply: Keto Chow is a meal Replacement shake mix. You mix it up with water and a fat of your choosing (usually heavy cream or melted butter) to make a complete keto meal. Because you add the fat, Keto Chow works for whatever calories you want.
Not very much until you add the fat you want, that's one of the best things about Keto Chow - it works for whatever you need. You can make a shake be 200 - 2000 calories!
The easiest and most popular fat to use is heavy cream. If you're open to putting in a little more effort, melted butter is another very popular option, it mixes up a little thinner but the flavor of Keto Chow comes through stronger. People also use avocado oil, melted coconut oil, and other fats, it's pretty versatile!
If you REALLY wanted to, you can, but most people don't want to do that and it's really not necessary. Keto Chow completely replaces as many meals a day as you want. For most people that's 1 or 2 a day, but you can replace all 3 for months at a time if you like. It's pretty versatile.
Hey, it's what we chose and it's memorable! If you want to get technical, the basis of the name actually comes from the TV show "Futurama" where there was a fake product called "Bachelor Chow" - who knew, right? The word "chow" to denote "food" (in this case, quite simply "Keto Food") dates back to 1855. In 1894 the food company Purina started to use "chow" for its various animal foods and "Dog Chow" was not introduced until 1957. The US Air Force and Marines use the term "Chow Hall" but I wasn't able to find specific history on when that practice started, I'm assuming it was also before 1957.
Keto Chow is the main ingredient of life’s most nutritious and flavorful keto meals.

Love the lemon flavor!
Are used the lemon meringue mixed with strawberry and orange and made the Fruitloop shake and it was delicious! Haven’t tasted a bad flavor yet!!
I thought it would be more lemony, but it was pretty good, I liked the other flavors better, but they are all good.
I love this flavor! I would say it tastes more like those lemon cookies that are suppose to be like Oreos, but I think that’s better than tasting like lemon meringue anyways. It also makes an awesome homemade ice cream!
You could taste the lemon but there was an over powering salty taste to it. So bad that the rest of the bag got thrown away.
Will not buy again
We have KetoChow flavors we enjoy and now we have our favorite, Lemon Meringue. It is lemon and fluffy meringue blended together perfectly. A 32 oz shaker bottle of this is very satisfying. My wife makes kefir and I mixed a little heavy whipping cream and topped it of with thick creamy kefir and a packed and leveled scoop of lemon meringue KetoChow and Oooooo my my my MY!!
Tasty and refreshing.it’s a fun flavor.
I was a bit skeptical that the Lemon Meringue would taste like real lemon,
but I was excited to find that it just might be my favorite new flavor. I'm
a lemon lover, so of course I wanted to bump it up a notch (but definitely
only an option) by adding 1 T of lemon juice and 1 tsp of sugar free lemon
jello. Wow! Just ordered a large bag and can't wait to try some combinations
with it also. Don't hesitate to buy this awesome flavor!!
I love this flavor so much! I am going to be getting more of this for sure. I've made this and added it to baking as well.
This is one of my favorite flavors of keto chow, thought I would like the salted caramel (but the flavors just weren’t there, for me). The chocolate toffee’s flavor is perfect for my tastebuds and I love adding either butter or HWC. Sometimes I add instant coffee packs to my mix if I want caffeine.
I love the flavors. I actually use half and half when I make them and it's delicious. I have also noticed a drop in my sugar reading on the days I drink one of the shakes for breakfast. I will be ordering more.
I drink one in the morning when I get to the office and I don’t feel like snacking at all a couple of hours later like I used to! Loving the flavors too!
I have been living the Keto lifestyle for 11 months now. I have lost 80 pounds and have been unsure of using products or supplements as a whole. A friend told me about Keto Chow and I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, I am in love! Usually I avoid powder drinks because I cannot stand the aftertaste! Yuck, but Keto Chow did not have any of that odd aftertaste at all! I have only made my shakes with HWC and because I am in a serious relationship with cold brew coffee (yes I keep a gallon of homemade in my fridge at all times!) I normally to my more "basic" sweet flavors use half the recommended water and fill the rest with cold brew coffee. I would recommend Keto Chow to anyone looking to live the Keto Lifestyle, I even plan to tell EVERYONE at my keto support group about this product!
