Complete Keto Nutrition

Like, seriously complete. Use it for as many meals a day as you like for as long as you like.

As low as 0.6g net carbs

Get 1/3 of your daily nutrients while maintaining amazingly low carbs. The 6g of acacia gum fiber in each shake actually gets metabolized into fat by your gut bacteria, it's seriously cool.

Amazing Flavor

People tend to be really surprised at just how delicious Keto Chow tastes, it's not like any gritty sandy protein shake you've tried

Highest Quality Ingredients

Keto Chow is made by people who actually DO keto. We use it ourselves - we won't settle for junk so you get the best we can offer.

Perfect break from other traditional flavors. I absolutely love lemon and this is a perfect flavor for me.

Best taste!

I love lemon, its got a nice fresh lemon taste, not at all artificial. Yummy!

The texture and taste was just gritty and gross Glad I didn’t buy a bunch of them Gonna try to give the other 3 packs away

On the Keto Chow instructions (https://www.ketochow.xyz/prepare/), it says to add 14 fl oz (or more) of water. Sometimes that gets interpreted to 'mix to 14 fl oz total.' If you do that, it's going to be WAY too thick and unbearably salty. It's going to be **GROSS**. Most people like the taste and thickness when the total mixture is around 20 fl oz or a nearly full Blender Bottle. If your Keto Chow is already mixed up and not the way you like it, just add more water!

Lemon Meringue

I just love the Lemon Meringue by its self and I enjoy mixing it with the Key lime also. It is so refreshing. Keto Chow is the best.

Lemon Meringue Top 3 flavors

Perfect mix of brightness and richness. Authentic lemon taste. Nothing off. It's perfect!

Weak flavors

For the record, I use KC with just powder and water, no fat added of any kind. I've so far tried Lemon Meringue, Orange Cream, Root Beer, and Chocolate Toffee. I don't know if not using fat affects the flavor but I don't need the extra calories. I'm disappointed in all the flavors not being really all that pronounced. I've stocked up on extracts to add to charge up the flavor profile but this is an expense I shouldn't have, considering the cost of the large bags themselves.

We do recommend adding at least 10 grams of fat to each shake because of the fat soluble vitamins in them and to bring out the flavors. That would be about 1 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream or 1 Tablespoon of butter.

One of my Top 3 favorites

Love this as a shake or pancakes (recipe from 2crazieketos)
