Step 1

Add fat source (heavy cream, melted butter, and/or oil)

Step 2

Add 1 serving of powder, either 1 packet (sample size) or 1 scoop (from the bulk bags)

Step 3

Add 1¾-2 cups slightly warm water (14oz or 414ml) – to the 20oz line

Step 4

Mix until all the powder is wet. You can also use a blender.

Step 5

Stick in your fridge for at least 30 minutes, though overnight is preferred for better flavor.

Raspberry Cheesecake is delicious

I like to 'bump up' the flavor a bit when mixing my drink. I traditionally use 2 oz coconut 'milk', the one in the can that is full-fat and then add extra protein, 1 scoop of whichever protein (dry) one likes to use. Then enough liquid to make it 'drinkable' (usually 16-20 oz water). Since I have a VitaMix no need to 'heat' the fat but I do make certain at least some of the water is hot (right out of the faucet). Love having such an easy to make breakfast; I mix up 6 at a time of various flavors.

I love ketochow and pumpkin spice is one of my favorite flavor.

I love the chocolate!

This is hands down the best chocolate meal replacement on the market, and I've tried a bunch of them. I never liked any until Ketochow. My favorite thing to do is make them tap hot three at a time in my blender and have one as a hot chocolate and put the other two in the fridge!

So versatile!!

I wasn't sure if I'd like the vanilla but im pleasantly surprised and pleased. Good just as vanilla. But, it's also a great base to mix your own flavors. It's my fav KC chaffle flavor.

Pumpkin spice caramel

Pumpkin spice caramel is my current favorite. I tried a couple and then went ahead and ordered 21 more. I hope it's around throughtout the whole winter. YUMMY!
