Beef Soup Base
With the Beef Soup Base, we were experimenting around with different flavors: Clam Chowder, Beef Stew, Hot and Sour Soup, and more. We realized that rather than have it with a flavor, why not just leave it unflavored and let people use whatever they like?! So make soup, use it to bake, throw in some ground beef, go really nuts and mix it like a hot shake =); think of the Beef Soup Base as a blank canvas waiting for you to have fun. Without anything added it still has a nice beef flavor thanks to the beef bone broth protein. Works well with just about every fat we've tried including butter, beef tallow, bacon grease, duck fat, heavy cream, avocado oil, and more!
Savory Chicken Soup
Savory Chicken Soup is one of the most versatile flavors of Keto Chow we have ever introduced with over a dozen recipes incorporating the Savory Chicken Soup, it also works exceptionally well simply as a soup with some meat and (maybe) some non-starchy vegetables. Without anything added it still has a nice chicken flavor. Works well with just about every fat we've tried including butter, beef tallow, bacon grease, duck fat, heavy cream, avocado oil, and more!
Spicy Taco Soup Base
Spicy Taco Soup; it's not super spicy, just enough for most people. If you like it spicier you can always add more! Try it with some ground beef, maybe a little onion and some avocado chunks? The Taco Soup works well with just about every fat we've tried including: butter, beef tallow, bacon grease, duck fat, heavy cream, avocado oil, and more! Protip: Quest makes some keto-friendly nacho tortilla chips =)
Creamy Tomato basil
Creamy Tomato Basil! You know you want to find some low carb bread, make a grilled cheese sandwich and dip it in some of this. Go for it! Works well with just about every fat we've tried including butter, beef tallow, bacon grease, duck fat, heavy cream, avocado oil, and more!
Complete Keto Nutrition
Like, seriously complete. Use it for as many meals a day as you like for as long as you like.
As low as 0.6g net carbs
Get 1/3 of your daily nutrients while maintaining amazingly low carbs. The 6g of acacia gum fiber in each serving actually gets metabolized into fat by your gut bacteria, it's seriously cool.
They're meant to be consumed warm or hot, with or without added "soupy" ingredients, you'll probably want more salt though =)
Highest Quality Ingredients
Keto Chow is made by people who actually DO keto. We use it ourselves - we won't settle for junk so you get the best we can offer.
Savory for soups, baking, and other fun!

Quite simply: Keto Chow is a meal Replacement shake mix. You mix it up with water and a fat of your choosing (usually heavy cream or melted butter) to make a complete keto meal. Because you add the fat, Keto Chow works for whatever calories you want.
Not very much until you add the fat you want, that's one of the best things about Keto Chow - it works for whatever you need. You can make a shake be 200 - 2000 calories!
the easiest and most popular fat to use is heavy cream. If you're open to putting in a little more effort, melted butter is another very popular option, it mixes up a little thinner but the flavor of Keto Chow comes through stronger. People also use avocado oil, melted coconut oil, and other fats, it's pretty versatile!
If you REALLY wanted to, you can, but most people don't want to do that and it's really not necessary. Keto Chow completely replaces as many meals a day as you want. For most people that's 1 or 2 a day, but you can replace all 3 for months at a time if you like. It's pretty versatile.
Hey, it's what we chose and it's memorable! If you want to get technical, the basis of the name actually comes from the TV show "Futurama" where there was a fake product called "Batchelor Chow" - who knew, right? The word "chow" to denote "food" (in this case, quite simply "Keto Food") dates back to 1855. In 1894 the food company Purina started to use "chow" for its various animal foods and "Dog Chow" was not introduced until 1957. The US Air Force and Marines use the term "Chow Hall" but I wasn't able to find specific history on when that practice started, I'm assuming it was also before 1957.
Did not like them at all as a shake. May try some others as a soup base instead of as a shake
We are sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with this flavor. We have found that a lot of users respond well to the Savory Soup Flavors when they use them as a base to add additional ingredients and flavorings (i.e. salt, pepper, meat, vegetables, etc.). You can also check out some of our delicious recipes that use the soups here: https://www.ketochow.xyz/recipes/
Loving all the keto chow savory flavors using for Psmf bread and soup too it’s so versatile . Endless options. Chicken is favorite soup and beef makes a great gravy or base for soup I can’t wait to make keto ramen w it ..
Turns out I tend to love the spicy taco above everything else. Because of the heavy sweetness I thin it out, so the flavor is less. I bought a few sweets to try, banana, caramel macc, and lemon. I have flavorings for lemon and banana. I tried coffee in carm macc, but that wasn't the right fix.
Not a better time of year to cozy up with warm keto chow soup.
I have only tried the chicken soup in the savory flavors. I made it with bacon grease and it was pretty good, although I added more salt. Then it was too salty. When the weather cools off a bit more here in Arizona I'll try the other soups and some of the recipes. I'm experimenting with the flavors to see what I like. So far it's been great getting to know Keto Chow!
Keto Chow - Sample/Individual Meal (Savory Soup Flavors)
I really liked it. I wish you had dairy free versions.
Most of our Keto Chow (all of the sweet flavors) uses milk protein isolate. Three of our Savory Soups (Creamy Tomato Basil, Taco Soup Base, and Beef Soup Base) use beef protein and beef bone broth. These are completely dairy-free and suitable for people with milk protein allergies.
Every flavor I tried it has been delicious… Definitely will order more.
I used the beef chow to make beef stroganoff it was a big hit
I tried Keto Chow for the first time, starting with the 10 flavor bundle. I still have a couple flavors of the bundle that I have not tried yet, but so far I really like Keto Chow and will likely be buying more. I am saving the Root Beer flavor to try as ice cream.
This is the second order of the starter bundle for me. The bottle is so well made and blends the Keto Chow mix so well it comes out creamy and dreamy every time. I will buy a few more so I can make enough for a week.
Chocolate Keto Chow
I like to 'bump up' the flavor a bit when mixing my drink. I traditionally use 2 oz coconut 'milk', the one in the can that is full-fat and then add extra protein, 1 scoop of whichever protein (dry) one likes to use. Then enough liquid to make it 'drinkable' (usually 16-20 oz water). Since I have a VitaMix no need to 'heat' the fat but I do make certain at least some of the water is hot (right out of the faucet). Love having such an easy to make breakfast; I mix up 6 at a time of various flavors.
This is my second bottle. I am liking this product.doing keto, leg cramps ate gone!
This is like a fall milkshake and I am really enjoying them!
I love ketochow and pumpkin spice is one of my favorite flavor.
This is hands down the best chocolate meal replacement on the market, and I've tried a bunch of them. I never liked any until Ketochow. My favorite thing to do is make them tap hot three at a time in my blender and have one as a hot chocolate and put the other two in the fridge!
Tastes best heated up and mixed with caramel macchiato
I wasn't sure if I'd like the vanilla but im pleasantly surprised and pleased. Good just as vanilla. But, it's also a great base to mix your own flavors. It's my fav KC chaffle flavor.
Pumpkin spice caramel is my current favorite. I tried a couple and then went ahead and ordered 21 more. I hope it's around throughtout the whole winter. YUMMY!
Apple Pie taste like apple pie! Subtle by distinct. It’s one of my favorite Keto Chow Meal Replacement Shakes!
I love the root beer flavor Keto Chow. It reminds me of having a root beer float...like a cheat day.
