Complete Keto Nutrition
Like, seriously complete. Use it for as many meals a day as you like for as long as you like.
As low as 0.6g net carbs
Get 1/3 of your daily nutrients while maintaining amazingly low carbs. The 6g of acacia gum fiber in each shake actually gets metabolized into fat by your gut bacteria, it's seriously cool.
People tend to be really surprised at just how delicious Keto Chow tastes, it's not like any gritty sandy protein shake you've tried
Highest Quality Ingredients
Keto Chow is made by people who actually DO keto. We use it ourselves - we won't settle for junk so you get the best we can offer.
Quite simply: Keto Chow is a meal Replacement shake mix. You mix it up with water and a fat of your choosing (usually heavy cream or melted butter) to make a complete keto meal. Because you add the fat, Keto Chow works for whatever calories you want.
The easiest and most popular fat to use is heavy cream. If you're open to putting in a little more effort, melted butter is another very popular option, it mixes up a little thinner but the flavor of Keto Chow comes through stronger. People also use avocado oil, melted coconut oil, and other fats, it's pretty versatile
Not very much until you add the fat you want, that's one of the best things about Keto Chow - it works for whatever you need. You can make a shake be 200 - 2000 calories!
Keto Chow is the main ingredient of life’s most nutritious and flavorful keto meals.

It is very heavy on the graham cracker flavoring, very light on the marshmallow, and no chocolate. I was hoping for a better balance. I might try mixing some chocolate keto chow in with my next batch.
The S'mores flavor is a nice change. I felt like I was having dessert
I couldn't taste any marshmallow or chocolate, just vanilla...
favorite! Keep thinking keto chow canNOT come up with another flavor thay becomes my new favorite! But it happened yet again with S'mores!! Fanstastic chocolatey, marshmallowy deliciousness! Thanks for the enormous selection of wonderful flavors. Even if I dont love every last flavor, I still have a huge selection of the ones I do love!!!
After trying this shake for the first time I found it to be very tasty and smooth. This is definitely one of my top flavors!
I'm fairly new to keto chow and S'mores is one of my favorite flavors in general. So when I saw this one I thought it would be a good first one to try, that was a mistake. I purchased three one to try with the whipping cream and another to try with butter and the last one to give to a friend. My first one with the whipping cream was very thin and all I could taste was this overpowering protein flavor and maybe a hint of vanilla. I spent the rest of the day was acid reflux from it and it doesn't taste better the second time.
I waited a few days and did the butter... that didn't make it that much better. That one came out more like pudding and that was keeping the water ratio the same. Now with the butter, I did get some chocolate flavor but it was soon overpowered by the vanilla protein taste as I went on eating it and I was having issues finishing it. Once again I got acid reflux and spent the day trying not to throw it up. I wouldn't recommend this flavor at all to anyone more so if you like s'mores because it was an extreme disappointment. I'm glad I purchased two other flavors that didn't have these issues otherwise I would believe they are all like this.
On the Keto Chow instructions (https://www.ketochow.xyz/prepare/), it says to add 14 fl oz (or more) of water. Sometimes that gets interpreted to 'mix to 14 fl oz total.' If you do that, it's going to be WAY too thick and unbearably salty. It's going to be **GROSS**. Most people like the taste and thickness when the total mixture is around 20 fl oz or a nearly full Blender Bottle. If your Keto Chow is already mixed up and not the way you like it, just add more water!
Absolutely L.O.V.E. The flavors are well-balanced and are distinct from others in the line-up. This is key if you are rotating only a few flavors at a time. If you ever had the Starbucks S’Mores frappacino this is like it’s more svelte twin sister. Give it a go and enjoy!
For me, I could kind of get the graham cracker, could not taste any chocolate. And since it seems to have a vanilla base, I'd probably need to cook with it vs have it as a shake. For whatever reason, some flavors, even after sitting overnight, give off a cardboardish flavor that I don't like. Vanilla is one of the biggest ones so therefore it extends to this one. That said, I'd imagine if it was used to bake with, it would probably be a lot better, esp if whatever you made included some chocolate.
I was so excited to see s'mores in the bulk bag because I have been rationing my single serves for months. This is a flavor I can enjoy all year, and add my own twist to it in accordance with the season. I added birthday cake skinny syrup and it was incredible! I add a little cocoa powder sometimes, but I love the marshmallow and graham cracker flavor as it is. Add a little butter and it is heaven! Thank you for making this bulk. I literally jumped out of my chair for this one!
I tried Keto Chow for the first time, starting with the 10 flavor bundle. I still have a couple flavors of the bundle that I have not tried yet, but so far I really like Keto Chow and will likely be buying more. I am saving the Root Beer flavor to try as ice cream.
This is the second order of the starter bundle for me. The bottle is so well made and blends the Keto Chow mix so well it comes out creamy and dreamy every time. I will buy a few more so I can make enough for a week.
Chocolate Keto Chow
I like to 'bump up' the flavor a bit when mixing my drink. I traditionally use 2 oz coconut 'milk', the one in the can that is full-fat and then add extra protein, 1 scoop of whichever protein (dry) one likes to use. Then enough liquid to make it 'drinkable' (usually 16-20 oz water). Since I have a VitaMix no need to 'heat' the fat but I do make certain at least some of the water is hot (right out of the faucet). Love having such an easy to make breakfast; I mix up 6 at a time of various flavors.
This is my second bottle. I am liking this product.doing keto, leg cramps ate gone!
This is like a fall milkshake and I am really enjoying them!
I love ketochow and pumpkin spice is one of my favorite flavor.
This is hands down the best chocolate meal replacement on the market, and I've tried a bunch of them. I never liked any until Ketochow. My favorite thing to do is make them tap hot three at a time in my blender and have one as a hot chocolate and put the other two in the fridge!
Tastes best heated up and mixed with caramel macchiato
I wasn't sure if I'd like the vanilla but im pleasantly surprised and pleased. Good just as vanilla. But, it's also a great base to mix your own flavors. It's my fav KC chaffle flavor.
Pumpkin spice caramel is my current favorite. I tried a couple and then went ahead and ordered 21 more. I hope it's around throughtout the whole winter. YUMMY!
Apple Pie taste like apple pie! Subtle by distinct. It’s one of my favorite Keto Chow Meal Replacement Shakes!
I love the root beer flavor Keto Chow. It reminds me of having a root beer float...like a cheat day.
